Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to give you my feedback regarding the destination of the money your company wants to spend on our local community.

In my opinion, sponsoring the local children’s sports team would be extremely helpful as they started only 6 months ago and they do not have any funds yet. The money can cover the costs of the new toilets facilities. In addition, some of the team members need new shoes and shirts so this money could make this possible as well.

Regarding the two open-air concerts, this would also be interesting as we have not had any public show since May 2025. Our local community truly enjoys this kind of activity and, as the tickets for concerts are usually expensive, most of the people can not buy one. Furthermore, this could be also a good way to encourage neighbours to get in touch with each other, as we lost regular contact since COVID-19.

I believe the company should destinate the funds to sponsor the local children’s sports team as young generations need to be our priority.
