Hello John,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to you in regards of my main rubbish bin. I am requesting to you to return me my bin as it is difficult to dispose my waste.Usually, new bins can be applied for at the local council and the whole process that is; from application to delivery, normally takes less than 3 days. Since the procedure is fairly easy, I would be grateful if you can return my bin as soon as possible.

In case you were not able to do so, I will have to take legal actions and inform the town representative about the situation.
