Dear Sir,

My name is Kalyani Kutty. I am writing this letter to express my interest to join in the latest computer course that your institution offered recently. Also, I want to enhance my proficiency in the area of PHP.

I would like to tell you that currently I am pursuing my post-graduation in computer science stream and in the final semester. Therefore, after six months I would be able to complete my course and which is the main criteria for the curriculum to get enrolled in your organization.

I have been interested in computers since my childhood. I feel glad to share my achievements in the computer field. My papers selected in the national as well as international conferences and published it in the Journals. Also I am the topper in my college during my under graduation. Due to my family’s financial condition, I need to enrol this course. Hence please let me know, if there is any alternative way to get admission to the said course. So that I could get the job opportunities as soon as possible. This is the reason, why I ask you to know if there is any exception to join the course.
