Dear Maria,

I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I was thrilled to hear that you are coming to my city for the vacation. Hence, I am writing this letter to give you some tips that will help you.

First and foremost, finding the accomodation in my area is little difficult. Therefore, can you tell me how many people will be travelling with you? Moreover, let me know if you are looking for anything specific. I will try to find the perfect location for you to stay.

There are numerous activity you can do in my region. Firstly, there are beautiful lakes just one hour drive from the city. Furthermore, if you are interested in adventure sports, we have river nearby where river rafting and scuba diving kind of sports are happening.

As you are travelling in winter time, I would suggest you should bring atleast one winter jacket and two hoodies with you. Additionally, don’t forget to bring warm socks and snow gloves.
