The line graph illustrates the number of commuters travelling day by day by car, bus and train from 1970 to 2030.
In 1970, the number of commuters travelled by cars were almost 5 million and remain same in 1980. But later on, it increases leisurely and goes to almost 6.5 million in 2000 and persist constant till 2010. However, till 2030, it got not a sharp diiference but the slight and was at 9 million.
Moreover, the small number of commuters used the bus to travel and was almost 4 million. But over the time, it got decrease graduallly and goes to 3 million at the end of 2030.
In 1970, minimum commuters utilized the train for their convance. Almost 2.5 million people used the train. But with the passage of time, people get sense and understand that train is better. Later, the commuters commenced to travel through the train and it got increase slowly and goes upto 3.5 million.
As a result, car was most popular and it is easiest way to travel. That’s why commuters travelled by car alot. However, the train got popularity with the passage of time. Moreover, mostly commuters skipped the bus.
