The diagram depicts the stages involved in the production of bricks. The overall process consists of digging raw clay, filtration, heating and distributing newly-made bricks for the usage.
The process begins with the extraction of clay from the underground with large mechanical cranes. The extracted materials are then filtered on the roller, where metal grids are selected to get removed as unnecessary by-products. The cleaned clay will be mixed with sand and water, thereby producing a mixture for further processes. Subsequently, the mixture undergoes a stage of wire cutting, where they become rectangular bricks after being shaped in the moulds.
The next stage involves drying the shaped blocks in the oven for 24hours to 48 hours in the machine. Similarly, the dried bricks will be sent to the kiln where they will be heated in a moderate temperature at 200c to 980c. Moreover, they will be given heat again at a high level at 870c to 1300c before being cooled for 48 to 72 hours in the cooling chamber.
The final products after heating and cooling stages will be delivered for consumer use for buildings by transporting them with trucks and other vehicles.
