Overall, The production method cosists of several major steps include digging, griding, shaping, drying, roasting and cooling, storing, and delivering. Those seven stages are mandatory of turning raw materials (clays) to final product (bricks).
At first, the clays that comes from a soil are being digged by using the excavator. The clay fragments are laid by the metal grid and transport to the mixing tool by using the roller. During mixing process, clay is blend along with sand and water until reached desire consistency. The final substance then shaped into a square by molding it in either a short or long cast. If using the long cast, the bricks have to be cut using a wire cutter in order to produce identical result as when using the short cast. Eventhough the brick’s shape has come to ideal, it is still neccessary to dry the bricks in the oven for around two-days. The action continue by roasting the bricks in the klin with moderate temperature around 200 to 980 degree celcius. The roasting method continue with higher temperature until it reaches 1300 degree celcius and cooled down later on in a chamber for about 72 hours. The last two steps are storing the bricks and delivering by using the heavy-duty truck.
