Overall, the manufacuring process cosists of seven consecutive stages. It is a man-made, linear process, commencing with the clay collection and culminating in the delivery of the end product.

Initially, the process starts with the extraction of clay from the ground by a digger. The clay is put to the roller with the metal grid. After adding water mixed with the sand to the material, bricks are formed by either using the mould or method with wire cutting. The resulted rectangular-shaped figures are then placed to the drying oven for 1 to 2 days.

Once dried, bricks are undergoing the heating process in kilns, from moderate level of up to 980 degrees Celcius to high level of more than 870 degrees Celcius. Next, hot bricks are cooled for 2 or 3 days in the special cooling chambers to result in the end product , which is then deliverd to the designated places.
