Dear Sir,
I am writing to remind you about the talk we have had on a flight last week. I wanted to write to you last week but I have been through some urgent task so I could not write earlier. I am available for a job now onwards.
As I have already told you, I was in search for a job for the position of assistant chef. I have done my eighteen months training for the course of a chef from a reputed training institute in my hometown. Later, I attended a five-star hotel in my hometown as an intern. Additionally, I have hands on experience on while at the same hotel. Furthermore, I got to learn about some Chinese, Mexican and Italian dishes while at there.
Also, In relation to the vacant position you have told earlier, I wanted to join at one of your restaurant as an assistant to the head-chef, so, I could further develop my professional skills which would not only benefit myself but could benefit you as well. Let me explain how it can be the real positive for you, if I join your chain now as an assistant to the chef, I could advance myself as a head-chef within few years which can be beneficial for you if you further plan to expand a new chain without immediately hiring and training a new employee as a head-chef. Moreover, I would be well-adapted to the corporate culture, work environment, and company values by the time of the next expansion plan.
I will be waiting to hear back from you soon.
Yours faithfully
Rabi
