Dear Sir,

I am Franz Patrick E. Callo, I am 26 years old and I live in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that we have met on the plane last December. I am sitting next to you and you offer me a possible job in your restaurants.

First, I am interested in the chef position. I graduated at St. Alexius College with a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management. However, I do not have any experience.

Secondly, you should hire me because it is my passion. I really love cooking despite I do not have any experience. But I am flexible, hardworking, a team player, and I can do the task with minimal supervision.
