Band 9: During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants. Write a letter to this businessman. Dear Andrew,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Rutvik Pachchigar, and I met you on a plane journey traveling from Toronto to Vancouver. We really had some great discussions about the different kinds of cuisine to try in different parts of the world. From that discussion, I came to know about your restaurant chain business and that you own quite a few restaurants in Vancouver. I am currently an international student studying hotel management with a major in food inspection in Vancouver.

I am writing this letter to inquire about any job openings in one of your restaurants located in Vancouver. I am highly interested in positions related to food quality supervisor, as it aligns with my area of study. Moreover, I have more than 5 years of experience as a food quality inspector in numerous five-star restaurants such as the Taj India, Oberoi, Carlos, and many more. To add, I have already obtained the required license to be a food quality inspector. However, I am open to any kind of job available in your restaurants.
