The multiple line graph demonstrates the acid level in mounth from different types of sugar consuption, such us, fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey, over the period 40 minutes.
Overall, all types of sugar and honey demonstrated dramatic crush from eaten moment untill 5 minutes. By 40 minutes, every type of sugar had increased gradually and exceeded the permissible PH level. if the pH level is less than 5.5, then it is considered acceptable and tooth decay occurs.
At the begining of the time all three sugars had a neutral PH indicator. Then acid level of all three sugars sharply plummeted. Between the period 5 – 10 minutes honey’s graph stayed static, fruit and cane sugar rose gradually respectively 5 and 4.
On the 14th minute after eaten moment honey’s PH level exceeded acceptable ph level and steadly soar by 2 units0 and remain unchanged untill the end of the time. Between 10 and 34 minutes fruit sugar showed consist upward trend and untill the end of experiment stay fixed. Fruit sugar has overtook adequate level on 20th minutes. Cane sugar did not show any static line during experiment. There was a recording of a consistent increase untill the end of experiment and cane sugar showed PH level 7 only on 40th minute.
