Dear Mr. Demir,

I hope you and your family are all doing really well. I am writing this letter about my six-month agreement on your apartment. I would like to inform you that I need another six months to stay in this apartment.

The reason for another six months of staying is my classes. As you know, I am a Civil Engineering student. I have failed Structural Analysis I, and therefore my civil engineering course has been extended by six months. I sent an e-mail about accommodation in the university’s dorms, but unfortunately, they had no rooms for me. Consequently, I could not find a hostel or apartment in order to stay.

There is also another issue with the flat. I have some problems with my neighbours. They are extremely loud after midnight, which makes it hard to study for my classes. I tried to talk about this situation, but they did not listen to me. Would it be possible for you to talk about the noise situation with the apartment manager?
