Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I would like to extend six months lease which I agreed five months before due to some reasons. Actually, i want to increase the lease six months more.

Actually, I saw an advertisement last morning which was published on Tribune newspaper. They are going to introduce a new course CAD, is related to my profession and I want to join the same to enhance my skills and knowledge. This course is very advance as it helps in designing and save the time as well. It will also helpful in my future.

Furthermore, one more thing which I would like to bring to your notice that oven has been not working properly for five days.This made me trouble in every morning because I have to go for office and face problem to prepare my breakfast. So, kindly send a mechanic to fix it as soon as possible.
