Dear Mr Ben,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to request for extra period of rent in your apartment. I acknowledge the fact that this was not the initial agreement, however, I want to make an appeal that we renew the contracts.
My company sent me to this city for a six month contract job, which was supposed to elapse next month, but a circular, saying that the contract has been extended to the next six months, just got to my notice last week. For this reason, I would need to renew the payment for the apartment for this period since I would no longer be returning to my establishment’s main branch soon.
Moreover, there are few issues in the house I want to bring to your notice for repair, which are the key to the main entrance and the leaking ceiling in my living room. I find it difficult to open the door most times so I suggest you please call for repair or replacement of the key.
More so, it will soon be rainy and having a bad roof will be very serious at this season. I bet that this is put an order in time.
I am looking forward to your positive response, and I promise to continue keeping the rules and regulations of the apartments. Thank you..
Yours sincerely
Sandra.
