Dear Mr. Ben,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to request an extra period of rent in your apartment. I acknowledge the fact that this was not the initial agreement; however, I want to make an appeal to renew the contract.
My company sent me to this city for a six-month contract job, which was supposed to elapse next month, but a circular, saying that the contract has been extended for the next six months, just came to my notice last week. For this reason, I would need to renew the payment for the apartment for this period since I will no longer be returning to my establishment’s main branch soon.
Moreover, there are a few issues in the house I want to bring to your notice for repair, which are the key to the main entrance and the leaking ceiling in my living room. I find it difficult to open the door most times, so I suggest you please call for repair or replacement of the key.
More so, it will soon be rainy, and having a bad roof will be very serious at this season. I beg that this be put in order in time.
I am looking forward to your positive response, and I promise to continue keeping the rules and regulations of the apartment. Thank you.
Yours sincerely
Sandra.
