Dear Mr. Samy,

I hope that this letter finds you well. I am writing to you a month before the end of my accommodation in your flat to ask for new agreement.

First of all, I want to rent this apartment for another six month because I have not finished my work in the city yet. Although I thought that I would finish training on the modern uses of the ultrasound machine in the diagnosis of small animal diseases, I found out that it is a difficult task; as a consequence, I need more time to master all the techniques of disease detection by this modern technology.

However, there is a dilemma with the bathroom because it loses water supply from time to time. I hope you could resolve this issue as soon as possible.
