Dear Mr. Anant,

I hope you are doing well and am writing this letter to request you for the extension of my room agreement. Although five months ago, I was seeking accommodation for a half-year, now I have to stay here for the following four months because my job transfer is postponed for another three months.

Our office project got delayed due to the adverse weather condition in the monsoon season, and my employer has committed to our client that, we will finalize this project before the next deadline. Hence, they hold my release.

However, in your apartment everything is okay except the electrical wiring system, leading to the fluctuation of voltage while high-wattage equipment are in use. I adjusted myself with the issue, but for a long run it may cause short circuits, enhancing the possibility of fire incidents. If you can address the issue with the help of an electrician, it would be very helpful to me.
