From my point of view, i strongly agree for the government to start focusing on promoting healthy lifestyles than treating illnesses because from the amount of people with illnesses is small than healthy people. As a result, i think there is high chances the government can prevent the society from the illnesses by spreading the early awareness.

The government could start to take the action by promoting a healthy lifestyles massage on the internet, poster and television. Nevertheless, government could also build a gym centre that has fully exercises equipment and yet, a posters hanging on every walls.

conclusion, treating illnesses is still important to watch and get a help from the government but it could prevent the illnesses earlier before its getting spread by promoting the healthy lifestyles starting from now.
