Overall,manufacturing remained the largest consumer of electricity in both years and experienced a substantial increase over the decade.By contrast,the proportion of electricity used by services declined considerably,while residental and agricultural usage showed moderate growth.
In 1995, manufacturing accounted for just over one third of total electricity consumption,making ot dominant sector.
The commercial sector ranked second at approximately 27%, followed by services, which used close to one fifth of the total.Residental consumption was lower, at around 14%,whereas agriculture represented the smallest share, at under 10%.
By 2005, electirity usage in manufacturing had risen sharply to nearly 40%, consolidating its leading position. Residental consumption also increased noticeably, reaching just above 20%. In contrast, the proportion attributed to service fell significantly to about 13%.The commercial sector likewise experienced a decline,dropping to just ubder one fifth.Agriculture saw only a slight rise and continued to be the least significant consumer overall.
