Currently, the town is completely an industrial zone while in the future plan, all of the factories will be demolished and houses will be built instead. Also, the west and north of the town is mainly empty and unused at the moment; but in the future, roads and buildings will be made to fill these areas.
The town has only one square at the center and two roads going east and south of the Norbiton, and the corporations are located near these pathways, but it is planned to increase the roads and squares of the town; two roads will be added to the north and northwest of the central square and another smaller square will be made at the south. Additionally, the town is going to have some facilities such as school, medical center, etc.
