Overall, it is evident that there will a significant expansion of areas for study/bedroom and kitchen by converting some current rooms to other places. In addition, this house will be equipped with several new areas.
Looking at the previous map, there are a living room and an area for study/bedroom in the northern side of the house, while a kitchen is associated with study/bedroom in the southeast corner of the house. Furthermore, a bathroom is directly located in an opposite side to the living room and a large hall at the bottom. Concerning the outer space of the house, the house is surrounded by a garden and there is an additional study/bedroom situated in the northwestern side of the house.
In the future, the area for study/bedroom will be expanded in all corner of the house, while the bathroom will be diminished in size and an ensuite bathroom will be added at the bottom. The living room will be replaced by a large study/bedroom and two smaller studies/bedrooms in the left corner. Based on the plan, on the right side, the kitchen will be expanded, allowing for a social area, and the study/bedroom in the bottom right corner remained intact. Outside the house, the garden to the top will remained unchanged while the lower one will be demolished to make room for a parking area.
