Dear Sam,
I hope this letter finds you in a great mood. Having been in touch with a charity group called CANcer, I decided to raise money for them. They are a very popular nonprofit organization here in Vancouver, helping millions of afflicted individuals annually. I think by helping them not only can we practice doing humanitarian causes here in the campus, but it will also be a good deed to do for the community.
Regarding how we can pull this off, I say we contact the dean’s office to see if they are ok with us using the main arena here in the campus. It’s spacious long enough. That works, we can sit and talk about what type of acitivties we should include into our plan to encourage people join the cause. For instance, I was thinking about inviting a local band to play some songs, as well as asking professors to help by financial support or lecturing about cancers.
Should you be interested, I would be glad to have you join me in holding this event. I think it will be a great bonding experience for us, as well. If not, no worries. However, you should come anyways. Lol. Whether you have questions or suggestions, I’ll be glad to hear them.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Love,
Arash
