Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire more about a language course which is offered by your institution.

My name is Raman Bajwa and I am interested to improve my communication skills. Since I am preparing my visit to one of the foreign countries, strong communication skills are essential for me to study and work there.

Therefore, I am specifically looking for some details that would help me to adjust my schedule. First and foremost is the course fee, because I would have to pay with the local currency. Apart from that, what would be the timing and how long the course will run? Moreover, if there is any particular program to best suit the requirements of clients of third world countries.

In addition, are there any special services which can assist me to learn at my own pace? As per my understanding, the online training methods would be used, and how much effective they are. I am really excited to join your one of language programs. I would appreciate it if you could provide all the necessary information at the earliest convenience.
