Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about the German language programmes your institute offer.

I am a mechanical engineering student, recently completed my Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering stream in India. I am planning to pursue my Master’s in Mechanical Engineering in one of the public universities in Germany. Fortunately, I already got an offer letter from Essen-Duisburge university. However, in oder to qualify I have to achieve C1 level of proficiency.

Regarding that, I have already secured B1 level in german language examination. Moreover, I would like to know more about the course specifically for B2 and C1 module, details such the duration, schedule and cost.

In addition to this, are you offering any extra services or facilities. For instance, do you offer extra classes to resolve doubts, in case if needed. Moreover, do you also offer breakfast or afternoon meal.
