Band 6+: Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about a bag that I forgot on the plane while traveling last week.

Last week, I was traveling from Toronto, Canada to London with your airline. When I reached the hotel, I got to know that I had left my bag on the plane.

I am concerned with my forgotten bag as it has a lot of my valuable belongins. The bag looks like typical cabin bag, which is small and compact. The dimensions of the bag are 60 cm * 40 cm * 20 cm. The color of the bag is red and it contains both of my personal and work laptop along with business-related documents, which are very sensitive.

This bag is really important to me, therefore, I would really appreciate it if you could please investigate the location of the bag and deliver it to me on the address that I used while booking the flight ticket.
