Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you about my bag which I mistakenly left in the plane at London. I realize about the mistake after I checked in to the hotel in London.

This bag is very important for me as I had all my valuable items in there. Mainly it is my passport and the return ticket to my country. It is a black leather bag with a green sticker on the side to identify easily. Furthermore, I had my car and house keys in it with some money, worth of five hundred pounds.

I would be really grateful if your company could return my bag as soon as possible to number 20, New Castle hotel in London, where I stay at the moment. Either, I could visit your main branch in London and collect the bag from your office premises. Please let me know the most convenient way for you to return my bag by calling my mobile, 07497393736. Awaiting a prompt response from you.
