Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to inquire about the forgotten luggage on my recent fly from London to Tashkent on 24th March. I had a hectic schedule that night and unfortunately left behind my bag on flight YRF336 seat E6 in attempt to leave quickly.

The luggage is a grey, medium-sized Samsonite model. The content of my bag are a few pants and T-shirts, little cosmetic bag and some important documents. The items are not really expensive, however, the documents are of incredible importance.

I would be grateful if you could help me to identify the luggage and contact me with the process of recollecting it. I request you to expedite this process as I will leave Tashkent on March the 30th.

Alternatively, if your company would like to ship it to my residence in London, I am ready to bear the shipping expenses.
