Dear sir,

I am writing to inform you regarding a bag that I lost at the airport.

Last week, I boarded a flight from Toronto to London via ABC airline. My booking number was 12345. Unfortunately, when I reached the hotel, I noticed that one of my bags was missing. I recalled and remembered that I might have left it at the airport itself.

My bag was a black colored small suitcase with a golden handle which clearly displayed a number lock on it. Almost 90% space in the bag is occupied by different types of clothes and there are some documents in it as well.

I would like to file a missing item complaint about it and would like to request if you could please help me find the bag and retain my valuables, as soon as possible because I have to leave very soon for my next destination. You help will be much appreciated.
