Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about my missing Bag that i left in the plane mistakenly, when i got off the plane last week when travelling from US to Landon.

Unfortunately, i was busy on my phone call when was leaving the plane , that was an official call and my manager was giving me instructions about the task that he gave me to do. I was badly stuck in this conversation. Just because of that i completely kept the bad out of my mind and forgot to took that with me.

Although, that bad is not looking as new as it should be but that possess all my essential documents which will be crucial for this official trip. The bag was of buff material and that’s color was brown contained two golden buckles on the front and also had a company tag on the left side of the bottom.

I am requesting you to please search my bag and return me back as soon as possible just because that holds all my necessary documents and without that i can not even move in this country.
