Dear Sir or Madam,

I was a student of your college and completed my English course in the last year 2021. It was a perfect course to enter into the corporate world. It really helped me a lot in getting a job.

I got a job in an IT company as a Project Manager this month because of my good communication and writing skills. So, the HR of the company wants me to submit suitable documents. But unfortunately, I have lost my original reports and all other assignments as I did not realize that it would be necessary in the future for documentation purposes.

So, here I would like to request you to kindly issue me a copy of all the assignments, if possible which I submitted to the institution while doing my course. It would be a great help to me.

I hope you will provide me the papers as soon as possible. Looking forward to a positive reply.
