Dear Mrs Barret,

Good afternoon, Sir. How are you today? Hope you are always healthy. I am Said who lives in the same village as you, I got news from my friend that you need someone from your village, I want to tell you that I am ready to help with anything.

In the next summer I heard, you need someone to help you with your home recommendations. I am ready to help you renovate your house. I happen to have a little experience with that.

Usually, I often help people around me. Therefore I want to help you. therefore I will do something to complete your house.

Actually, I also have work at home and it hasn’t been finished until now. So I can’t help you in the near future. However, when my work on the house is finished, I will be ready to help you next summer.
