Dear Mrs. Barrette,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently came across an advertisement you published in a local town newspaper. I am pleased to share that I have completed my graduation and am currently seeking employment. I am interested in the opportunity to work for you at your home next summer.

I consider myself a hard-working, multi-tasking individual. I am eager to assist you with any tasks you need help with in your home, including cleaning, cooking, and other household chores. Additionally, I have experience in gardening. Furthermore, as an advanced English speaker, I believe we will communicate effectively without any issues.

As I mentioned, I am looking for a job to gain experience, and I find household chores both interesting and manageable. This is why I am particularly drawn to this opportunity. I would also love the chance to converse with you in English to enhance my speaking skills, especially since you are a native English speaker. This experience will be beneficial for my future career, as I plan to apply for jobs abroad.

In terms of availability, I can work in the afternoons, anytime between 12 PM and 5 PM. Please let me know if this schedule works for you.
