Dear Mrs Barret,

I am writing to help in your home. I saw the advertisement you made on facebook, and I am willing to offer a couple of hours a day next summer.

In your home, I can help you with the chores. Firstly, I can wash your clothes properly and dry them. Secondly, the cleaning of every area of the house, be it the the kitchen, rooms and toilets can be well taken cared off. Furthermore, i am a good cook, my specialty is in English meals however I can prepare other dishes. Apart from this, there would be a smooth running of errands.

I am interested to work for you because I am in need of a side job in order to earn more. My current job as a libirary assistant doesn’t cater for all my school needs. This extra income will help me complete my studies and achieve my dreams of becoming a lecturer.

For my availability, I would only be free only on weekends, from 10 am to 5pm. This is because my current job at the library occupies all my week days.
