he given graph demonstrates the borrowing of a number of books from four village libraries: West Eaton, Ryeslip, Sutton Wood and Church Mount.
Overall, it can be marked that Sutton Wood library underwent the most significant changes, whilst borrowing at the Ryeslip library downfell gradually. It is also obvious that the number of books borrowed in Church Mount and West Eaton libraries rose gently without any spectacular changes.
Comparing Sutton Wood and Ryeslip libraries, the red line demonstrates the borrowing of books experienced in Ryeslip. The downfall, which had started in June with 300 borrowings, continued this trend gently until September and reached a low at approximately 175 books. The green line, which shows the borrowing of books experienced in Sutton Wood, illustrates an extremely fluctuating trend. The minute rising is shown during a period from June to July when quantity of borrowed books slightly rose from 250 to approximately 275. Then the number plunged and reached the bottom at the number of 100. After that, it skyrocketed and reached its peak at 300 books – the same number from which the Ryeslip figure had started falling.
West Eaton and Church Mount figures started to grow simultaneously from the number of 50 borrowed books in June and reached their peak at 150 in September, with minute rises throughout the whole period.
