The bar graph and pie chart compares the work hours and work-related stress level of employees in different eight job categories. Units are measured in numbers and percentages.
Overall, the amount of business men’s work hours outnumbers other figures. Despite, the lecturers bucked the trend by spending less time at work, their work is more stressful than others’. On top of that, the least percentage of employees who cope with stress are considered programmers.
It is noticeable that writers, doctors, and movie producers work almost 46, 51, and 60 hours, respectively. As can be seen, the number of work hours of lecturers, chefs, lawyers, and programmers range from 20 to 40 hours. Additionally, although business men spend much time-70 hours at work, their work is not very stressful such as programmers’ that 5% of them suffer from stress. Also, a main proportion of people, 25 %, suffering from stress related illness work as lecturers. It is clear that writers and lawyers who cope with illnesses which are the result of stress share the same percentage, 8%, despite their work hours being different from each other. Finally, 10%, 11%, 15%, and 18% of people who have work- related illness work as chefs, business men, doctors, and movie producers, respectively.
