Dear Ms. Davis,

I am writing this letter to report a lost item from my recent holiday. I have a travel insurance policy with your company, and my policy number is TR883921.

The item I lost is my Apple iPhone 14 Pro, space gray color. It was inside a black leather case. This phone is very important to me because it contains all my travel photos and contacts.

I lost the phone on June 3rd while I was visiting a museum in Bali. I took some photos, and then I put the phone in my jacket pocket. Unfortunately, the pocket did not have a zipper. I think the phone fell out when I was sitting on a bench. When I checked my pocket later, it was gone.

I would like your company to help me with the insurance claim. Please send me the money to buy a replacement phone. I have attached the police report to this letter.
