Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that I lost an expensive gadget while I was on holiday. This has not been easy on me as it has left me disorganized.

The item is the iPhone 17 pro max. It is one of the latest devices in the iPhone series. It has a great telescopic camera that produces amazing 4k HD videos and pictures coupled with a super battery life that lasts up to 24 hours despite heavy usage.

When I went swimming, I left it in my backpack which was well secured. Unfortunately, I could not find it after my swimming lessons. I searched and searched but to no avail. I even tried tracking it but my effort yielded no result.

I would be grateful if your company can send me another copy as I have travel insurance to cover any lost property. This would be of great help as I use the phone in my day to activities. I do not mind paying the shipping cost involved if I can get it soon.
