Dear Nancy,

I hope you are doing good with the grace of God. I would take this opportunity to congratulate you for your new business venture.

It’s a great idea to have a Chinese restaurant in the city centre. I think the theme you have chosen for the interior look is going to provide an aesthetic ambience to the place and would attract people of all age groups.

I am aware of your business sense as well and know that you would make regular and loyal clients with the honesty and welcoming nature of yours. On that note, I would love to accept your proposal of being your business partner and would support you in the start up cost. I have a great eye for the art which could help us organize the furniture and decorate it. Further, I am thinking to either have a patio or the roof top seating arrangement which would be like icing on the cake for the special banquet parties.

Let’s do a catchup this weekend at my place and discuss further.
