Dear Robert,

With all the hustle in daily life , we forget to enjoy little things happening around us and give some time to yourself so, I am writing this letter for taking some time off and go on a vacation and spend some time with family.

As you know school has summer vacations going on and there is no better time for a person to go on a vacation and make good memories. My kids have been planning this for years to visit Disney land in America and it is my daughter birthday next week that is 4th of September. It is going to be one of her wishes come true to visit Disney land.

So, I will be absent from 3rd September to September 10th.In my absence , my partner shina is going to look after all the work and she has revised all the formulas for the presentation.

It would be very kind of you to grant me a holiday for my little trip.hoping for a prompt response for my request.
