The given pie charts compare males and females’ weekly working hours in government institutions and private institutions.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that the shares of hours for both sectors were quite similar. Females mostly worked for less hours, while males worked for larger hours.

In government institutions, males accounted for 23% for 6-12 and 1-2 hours hours working, while in the private sector, they formed only 20% and 5% respectively. For 13-30 hours they formed almost a tenth in the government sector, whereas it was a double more in the private sector. They were responsible for quite similar proportions in 31-45 hours, 15% for the government and 20% for the private. The remaining percentages were the largest, for 46 and over hours of work in private and government they made up 34% and 30% respectively.

Females accounted for 21% and 18% for 1-2 hours of work in the private and government respectively. For 6-12 hours of work they were responsible for a similar percentage, 35%.
