Their number was 35 percent at the beginning of 1960, then a decade later number of students rose slightly, reaching the amount of 40 percent of all individuals, after that renting a room had become the most popular type of accommodation between students, so it plummeted in 1980, and kept rising all the time after that, reached the peak of 70 percent in 2000. The number of some students, who prefer to live in students hall of residence, fluctuated throughout the while period, reaching the a high of 20 percent of all students twice: in 1970 and in 1990.
