Overall, the boys do more physical activities than girls in every category, which means girls are less time being active in their leisure time. the number of boys and girls who does physical activities at least three days per week being the most noticeable difference.
Similarly, most girls and boys spent at least 30 to 60 minute a week being active. Moreover, only around 29% of boys and 21% of girls do activities for half an hour for more than five days, with less than 10% of both spending an hour.
In contrast, over 80% of boys do activities for 30 minutes, but only half of the boys does it for an hour. Meanwhile, 73% of girls is active for half an hour and around one-third of girls devote an hour of their time. Furthermore, girls generally spend roughly 4 to 20 percent less time on physical activities compared to boys.
