The bar chart illustrates the percentage of Canadian children acheiving different physical activity criteria. Prcentages of the two genders have been measured seperately in all three criteria.
An overall decline in the percentage of attainments is observed with the increase of number of days physical activity is conducted in a week. Furthermore, boys tend to present a higher percentage of acheivements in all three physical activity categories. Additionally children who engage in physical activity for at least 60 minutes show lesser attainments in each criteria.
The highest acheivement percentage is recorded by both genders are those who engage in physical activity once a day. Those exercise atleast 30 minutes a day attained percentages of 97 and 93 for boys and girls respectiveley. While those who spent 60 minutes a day showed 85 and 73 percentages of success. Then there was a slight decrease in attainments when the days in which physical activity were carried out increased. Boys and girls who who spent at least 30 minutes presented slight decreaces in their percentages of attainment, where as those who spent at least 60 minutes showed significant drops of 30% and 33% respective to girls and boys.
