The graph compares the percentage of the population across different continents in the years 2003 and 2030. Overall, it is evident that all regions are projected to experience an increase in their population share by 2030.

In 2003, North America had the highest percentage, leading with around 75%. South America followed closely behind with approximately 73-75%. In contrast, africa recorded the lowest figure at just 39%.

By 2030, significant changes are expected. South America is projected to become the leading continent, with its population percentage rising to over 80%. North America is expected to fall to second place, though it will still maintain a high proportion. Africa, while still having the lowest percentage, is forecast to increase to 54%, marking a considerable growth. Interestingly, Asia is predicted to have a slightly higher percentage than Africa, at 55%, placing it only slightly ahead.

In conclusion, all regions are expected to see a rise in population percentage, with the global total expected to reach 83%, equating to roughly 10 billion people.
