The bar chart illustrates percent of population in United Kingdom who ate the daily advised number of fruit and vegetable in every four years: 2002, 2006 and 2010.
Overall, it is clear from the graph that the percentage of individuals meeting the daily dietary recommendations followed a similar fluctuating pattern across all three groups, rising to a peak in 2006 before falling in 2010. Additionally, women represented the highest proportion of healthy eaters throughout the period, whereas children consistently accounted for the lowest percentage.
To start of, in 2002 22% of men consumed advised dietary and only 11 per cent of children made the same, being the least healthy eaters throughout the period. Quarter of women show healthy lifestyle. Then in 2006 proportion of women and children saw increase of value by 7% while men only for 4%.
In 2010, all categories felt decrease, to be exact, men and children by 2 percent, whereas women ate as much as in 2002 only 26%
