In Europe and North America, these areas share similar patterns of water consumption, and the depiction’s details are relative. It is 53% and 48%, respectively, which are the figures for industrial use in these. Following that, domestic and agricultural use in Europe are 13% and 32%, respectively; these are 15% and 39% in the others.
Regarding other areas, the use of water in agriculture has the highest percentage, with Central Asia leading the world with 88%. After that, Southeast Asia and Africa also have a high figure in this field, which does not have much difference, fluctuate 83%. Therefore, in three areas, the use of water for industry and household is the lowest, which is only below 10% of the total. While these fields have the same figure in South America, which is 10%.
