The diagram illustrates the method of reprocessing used plastic bottles so that people can reuse again.
Overall, the whole process consists of nine steps, starting from the disposal of the plastic bottles of the bin, and ends with producing different types of new products like poly bags, t-shirt, containers, pencils and bottles.
To begin with, the procedure starts from the moment the plastic bottles are thrown into trash bins. The wastages are then transported to the recycling center for sorting purpose. Once the bottles are segregated properly, the remains are compressed into blocks which eventually go through a crushing machine. After thorough washing, the crushed particles are transformed into plastic pallets with the help of another machine. In the next step, the pallets are heated to create raw materials which will be used to manufacture the final products. Importantly, all these products are designed to be recyclable, thus allowing them to re-enter the recycling process.
