Overall, both of the production and consumption of energy were going to declining rate however there are a slight difference in Russia and Germany.
In 2014 the China production rate of electricity were very high which was 5.398 kwh ,which was declining into 4.099 for United states in the same year but then dramatically fell into 1.057 for Russia ,then the production of electricity were produce in very low amount for Japan,India,Canada,France,Brazil,Germany and Korea,at least production for Korea which was 485.1 billion kwh.
In for the most utilizing of electricity were the first two counties China and united states which were 5.866 and 3.866 kwh while the remaining eight had used very small amount of electricity however slightly larger for Russia,Japan and India which were 1.038 856.7 and 898.8 respectively.The lowest electricity had used for the last country for Brazil, Germany and Korea which were 455, 588 and 449.5 billion kwh.
