Overall, it can be seen that the street underwent significant modifications including the addition of roundabouts, relocation and transformation of bus stops and parking areas over the period.
In 2007, the city hospital was surrounded by ring road with the hospital road providing access from the south. Along hospital road, there was a car park for both staff and public on the western side, as well as six bus stops on both sides. Additionally, city road was connected to the hospital road from the south facilitated access to the hospital.
In 2010, the surrounding ring road remained unchanged. However, two roundabouts had been added to the junctions of the hospital road with the ring road and city road respectively. Although on eastern side of the ring road was featured a large parking area for public and previous one was repurposed exclusively for staff, the bus stops were replaced by a new bus station on the western side of the hospital road with direct access to both hospital road and city road.
